Organizational Commitment Existence Achievement on MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan Teacher Performance

Organizational commitment is one important factor in the sustainability of an organization. The formulation problem raised this study how existence organizational commitment, and influence on teacher performance Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan, purpose to find Commitment effect Padangsidimpuan. This research was conducted at Padangsidimpuan City, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. April - June 2019. method used a survey with questionnaire instrument. population all MAN teachers. sample by census technique total population, which amounts 76 respondents, data analysis techniques: validity test, reliability hypothesis test. simple linear regression analysis. results are: tends be moderate category 48.1 percent 51.9 another influence. consisting affective continuance normative has strong positive teachers.
